We were proud to execute the complete base build and full interior fit-out for this newly constructed Infosys facility. The building’s design focused on optimizing environmental performance through a glare-reducing, daylight-maximizing, and energy-efficient facade.
We managed the design and integration of all MEPF systems. Our team collaborated on the façade design to minimize glare and maximize natural daylight, while also implementing an advanced radiant cooling system for climate control.
These integrated sustainable engineering solutions resulted in a 50% reduction in HVAC energy usage, achieving an overall HVAC load efficiency of 920 sq. ft. per TR.
