We were proud to be involved in the Noodle Manufacturing Head Office project, a newly constructed building where we executed the complete base build and full interior fit-out works. The facility's façade was carefully designed to reduce glare, optimize natural daylight penetration, and improve overall energy efficiency.
Our team provided comprehensive MEPF consulting, including the implementation of an advanced radiant cooling system for air conditioning. This integrated approach enhanced operational performance while ensuring a comfortable, energy-efficient working environment.
By utilizing an advanced radiant cooling system, the project achieved a 50% reduction in HVAC energy consumption, with an overall HVAC load efficiency of 920 sq. ft. per TR.
