The Himatsingka Villa in Mudigere serves as a showcase for our integrated approach to sustainable engineering. This project was designed to create a reliable and energy-efficient residential solution, addressing local power challenges while maintaining high standards of comfort and modern functionality.
Our team provided end-to-end Sustainability and MEP services to optimize the villa's environmental and operational performance. We engineered a comprehensive system featuring a 10 kWp solar power installation, the implementation of 100% LED lighting, and a heat pump-based water heating system. Additionally, we integrated a diesel generator (DG) backup system to ensure consistent reliability despite grid-related power fluctuations.
